We created Flow State to pass on the biggest teachings that have impacted us and changed the cause of our lives. To help people unwind, destress and find a deep connection to their body, mind and spirit. To help people in Reading get flexible, fit and find deep relaxation!

Lily and Bailey bring 8 years of deep practice and 200 hour training from Thailand into their teaching, that truly meets people where they are. Their warm, dynamic classes are designed to help you transform physically, mentally and spiritually. They guide with clarity and care, creating space for real flexibility, mental clarity and a deep connection to your centre - both on and off the mats.
