Physical Training
Bring your physical body back into balance, cultivating mobility, flexibility and strength. this creates a foundation for lasting freedom and pain free movement. suitable for all levels of ability.
Mindfulness
Meditation, breathwork and nervous system regulation brings us back to relaxation, stillness and inner-peace.
Shamanism
An ancient tradition passed down from our ancestors, allowing us to receive guidance and healing from our spirit guides. "Shaman = One who sees in the dark"
